Do I need to order online?

No, you can give us a call on 01924 654030, and we can take your order over the phone, or if you don't know exactly what you are after, we can send you a personalised quote.

Do you cater for last minute orders?

Of course we do - all of our design work and print processes are super fast and we can cater to any deadlines you might have. Just let us know beforehand!

Do I need to order all my stationery at the same time?

Traditionally, wedding invitations are sent out 2-3 months prior to the big day. But don't forget to allow for the designing and printing process! 

We recommend placing your full order at least 3 months before to achieve this timeline.

Can I return an order?

Unfortunately we cannot accept returns of personalised goods.

Can I change an order?

We are unable to amend orders once printing has begun. If you need to change or cancel an order you will be charged the full cost and will be responsible for reprinting costs.

Can I change the wording on my stationery?

We can change the wording on each personalised stationery piece to suit your day.

Is there a limit on how many I can order?

We have a strict minimum order of 50 for any personalised items.

Is there a limit on how many amendments I can make to my design?

Each product purchased has a 1 hour worth of design time and an additional hour worth of amendments. Once this hour is used up, then additional time will be required and charged. All designs are owned by Big Day Print for use across events and social media as part of our design portfolio

How do I place an order?

To order with Big Day Print simply click on products or collections, select the type of stationery you require and add to shopping cart.

Quantity can then be added in "My cart". We have strict minimum order of 50 for personalised items.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Once you have placed your order, We will be in touch by email to confirm all the details and answer any questions you may have. You will then receive a digital proof within 2-3 working days - this is in the form of a PDF (please view this PDF on a PC or Laptop as mobile phones and tablets cannot view the PDF properly)

As soon as this is approved by you, your artwork will be sent to our professional printers. 

All products are sent and dispatched with all tracking information sent via email. If you are not in at the time the delivery company arrives to deliver your products, a note will be left to tell you where it is being held.

Once the designs are approved by yourself, the printed products will be with you within 7-10 working days.

How do I pay?

All payments are made by yourself securely through our website. Credit and Debit Cards can be used, as well as PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account in order to use this service.

The refunds exclude a minimum £30 design charge and all designs are owned by Big Day Print.
